The rotor of electric machine, receive propeller spin from the combustion device and through is (rotor) mass furnishes the internal combustion device the recovery of the inertial energy during his operation phasis.
Therefore do not need the inertial fly-wheel in the combustion device.

The object of the invention is to provide an improved propulsion system which enables optimal use to be made of the advantages of the stop-start function, reducing the impact to nature and in the places where the people intensely live, like the urban zones and reducing the fuel spending.

A hybrid apparatus propulsion system with an internal combustion engine, a reversible electric device, a transmission system comprising a transmission with discrete ratios or continuous speed variator, a first clutch and a second clutch which can be operated selectively to manage the connections of the electric machine to the transmission system and to the internal combustion device.

The symbiotic system enables a "stop-and-go" with electric machine: during the stop stage, the clutch between the internal combustion engine and the electric machine is disengaged whilst the clutch between the electric machine and the transmission system remains engaged, and the internal combustion engine is switched off.

During the start stage, the electric machine is operated as an electric motor and the combustion device is switched off. As soon the rotation speed of the electric machine exceeds a convenient threshold value, the clutch between the combustion device and the electric machine is engaged in order to start the combustion device that immediately works. The clutch between the rotor of the electric machine and the transmission system is now engaged so that the vehicle is propelled by the internal combustion engine and he inside resistance of the electric motor is reduced to minimum.
